Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service through various communication channels and
manage self-pay accounts
Research and secure financial assistance programs for patients and
explain medical insurance benefits
Communicate with medical personnel and maintain compliance with PHI
and HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
High school diploma required
1+ years of relevant experience in healthcare preferred
Strong understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
