Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper who will
manage financial records and reporting for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial records and reconcile client accounts
Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial reports
Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping
matters
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial
control
Experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Gusto and law firm
case management systems is a plus
Experience with recording payroll journal entries
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Experience with legal three-way trust reconciliation is a bonus
