ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $53.00 - $57.00/Hourly. Summary:
The Social Worker (MSW) provides professional social work services
to individuals, families, and communities to improve their
well-being and access to resources. The role involves assessment,
counseling, advocacy, case management, and collaboration with
multidisciplinary teams to address social, emotional, behavioral,
and environmental challenges. Locals accepted at lower rate
Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate
client needs, strengths, and risks. Develop and implement
individualized care or intervention plans. Provide counseling,
crisis intervention, and emotional support. Connect clients with
community resources and social services. Advocate for clients’
rights and access to services. Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year
experience Required, Acute Social Work Experience Required, Epic
experience Required, BLS Certification, LMSW (Licensed Masters of
