you. Position Details - Job Title: Direct Support Professional I &
II - Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 / hr. - Shifts: Part -Time PM
Shifts 2PM to 10PM (Friday – Sunday) - Location: La Puente, CA

thrive. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional II, you
will assist adults with developmental disabilities in their daily
lives, supporting independence, health, and personal growth. Your
responsibilities include: - Assisting with hygiene, grooming,
dietary, and dressing needs - Supporting clients with bathroom
needs - Changing clothing/undergarments when necessary - Preparing
meals and completing cleanup - Following daily routines outlined in
the Individual Program Plan (IPP) - Redirecting behaviors through
activities like walking, reading, games, math, and computer tasks -
Providing safe transportation in company vans when required Every
day, you’ll help create a supportive, structured, and empowering
environment for the individuals you serve. Education & Experience
Requirements - Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED -
Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid - Experience: - 1 year of
personal or professional experience supporting individuals with
developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism) or mental health
conditions (e.g., Bipolar) strongly preferred - Driving
Requirements: - Valid in-state driver’s license - Must be 21 -
Current registration & insurance - Driving record with no more than
2 points in the past 3 years Physical Requirements - Ability to
lift up to 50 lbs. - Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in
