What You'll Do Facilitate 40–50 minute intake calls and brief program check-ins via Zoom. Support participants in our 12-week digital program through secure clinical chat (approx. 10–15 minutes per participant per week). Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team and provide feedback to improve our tools and outcomes. Track participant progress using our digital platform and maintain clinical documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards. What You'll Bring Doctoral or Master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy). Full, independent licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LCSW) in California (multi-state licensure a plus). 3 years of post-licensure experience working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, or burnout. Training in CBT, mindfulness-based therapy , and evidence-based care. Cultural competence, clinical excellence, and compassion. Comfort using technology and adaptability in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
