Job Description:
Well known Property Management Company has an immediate need for
a Sr. Property Accountant. You will be responsible for preparing
monthly financial statements for assigned properties, preparing
annual CAM / Real Estate Tax budget and reconciliations, and
assisting Property Management with tenant accounts receivable
reconciliations as needed.
Experience with commercial properties is preferred. Yardi
experience is a huge plus! BA/BS degree is preferred. Great working
