The Bobnes Group Real Estate is searching for new and experienced
Real Estate Agents who are determined to make 2021 the Turning

A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers

Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value
proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers
can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all
--- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their
local housing market and current trends
--- Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home
and provide properties that meet their specific criteria
--- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for
--- Provide consistent, professional, exceptional service to all
parties throughout the transaction
--- Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to
--- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, etc.
Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales
--- Valid CA Real Estate license required
--- One year of real estate industry experience preferred, but not
--- Experience in customer service and/or sales, a plus
--- Dependable, adaptable, passionate, team player
