Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Energy Market Analyst to support
growth in North America by identifying customer use cases and
providing thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customer use cases and shape go-to-market strategies
Build and oversee production of energy market models using
PLEXOS
Act as a subject matter expert to propose solutions and develop
products
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Energy Modeling and Power Market
Analysis
Four-year degree in Economics, Electric Engineering (Power
Systems), or Mathematics; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
Hands-on experience with nodal power flow modeling and energy
market fundamentals
Knowledge of energy economic modeling tools such as PLEXOS, Aurora,
or similar
Experience in creating and analyzing energy data sets for power
models
