What You'll Do:

We are seeking an ambitious and hardworking Coordinator, to support the TV and Film Production Finance teams. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Television Production Finance and the Senior Vice President of Film Production Finance, and also includes administrative duties in support of both Executives. This is a demanding position at a fast-paced film and television studio.
Qualified candidates will have worked in production finance, ideally in an agency or studio setting.

Primary Responsibilities: Provide executive level administrative support for two Production Finance Executives
Manage the calendars and all internal and external meeting scheduling for two Production Finance Executives
Manage phone sheets, and all incoming and outgoing calls
Collect and distribute mail and other documents as needed
Deposit checks on behalf of the business and return proper deposit receipts
Facilitate overall deal payments and deal tracking:
Gather payroll summaries from productions
Collect start paperwork for new deals
Calculate charge-off based on the payroll summary.
Update overall deal tracker & overall payment tracker (monthly) with charge off information
Update funding summary monthly to reflect overall payment amounts
Confirm with Business Affairs/Legal that the proper check requests have been submitted with the proper amounts
Serve as the point person for late payments & questions from talent lawyers and representation
Liaise with 3rd Party Payroll provider to ensure timely payments, and appropriate withholding and contributions to various Guild's PH&W, if applicable
Process/Facilitate production funding requests for external productions
Assist with auditors when necessary
Pull proper paper invoice backup at auditor's request for both corporate and production-related costs
Review funding summary to remove paid invoices/funding and add unpaid invoices/funding.
Serve as the administrative liaison with internal team members and industry partners.
Develop a rapport and sustain a level of professionalism among all staff and partners
Fulfill ad hoc requests

Job Requirements:
Must be highly organized and driven
1-2 years of experience in a Production Finance/Production Accounting environment
Affinity for numbers and reporting
Proficient experience with Concur
Experience working with payroll companies such as Entertainment Partners/Cast and Crew
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, OUTLOOK, AND SLACK
Production Studio, or Agency experience strongly preferred
Experience with Payroll a plus
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
