ETTA RBT/DSP support, guide, mentor, and inspire our clients to achieve their goals and live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives each and every day!Job Summary:The Registered Behavior Technician/Direct Support Professional is responsible for providing instruction, guidance and overall support to adults with developmental disabilities in their places of employment, academic instruction, home and community at large. RBT/DSP's will work with ETTA service recipients in the areas of health and safety, community access and involvement, volunteering and overall skills acquisition as they pertain to employment, social activities and independent living skills.
