Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Trial Experience
Specialists to enhance performance
Serve as the primary point of contact for management inquiries and
customer support escalations
Monitor team performance metrics and recommend process improvements
for service quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred
Prior experience in SaaS sales and managing the full sales
cycle
Experience leading customer-facing teams in a fast-paced
environment
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM systems
Working knowledge of social media management and digital marketing
tools
