Key Responsibilities
Design, write, edit, and test in-product language to support user
goals
Own product documentation and collaborate to maintain a
comprehensive knowledge base
Partner with product and design teams to ensure content aligns with
user needs and brand voice
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design at a
product-focused company
Ability to simplify complex concepts into user-friendly content
Experience with wireframes or design mocks that influence product
decisions
Familiarity with systems thinking and design systems at scale
