Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator responsible
for converting leads to mortgage loans through effective
communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze mortgage loan applications and supporting documentation to
assess credit-worthiness and repayment risk
Serve as the primary contact for prospective borrowers throughout
the mortgage process
Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain loan
documentation integrity
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in mortgage loan origination
Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage software
Understanding of lending procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multi-task
environment
Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
