They are looking for a Superintendent who has experience with luxury residential properties including both remodels and ground-up construction. One of the upcoming projects is a 25K squarefoot main house they are building out. Experience with excavation and shoring is a plus as well. We are a leading firm in the construction industry, specializing in high-end, luxury residential projects. Our reputation is built on our commitment to quality workmanship, timely delivery and strong customer relationships. As a Permanent Luxury Residential Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to our exacting standards of quality.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Review work progress daily, addressing any issues that arise and making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Manage the submittal process, ensuring all materials, samples and shop drawings are submitted and approved in a timely manner.
• Oversee shoring and excavation processes, ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to.
• Liaise with clients, architects and other construction professionals regularly, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Use Procore construction management software for project planning, documentation and communication.
• Manage project budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and justified.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building and safety codes.Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with luxury residential projects.
  • Proficient in Procore construction management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction material submittal process.
  • Solid experience with shoring and excavation processes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and other construction professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality workmanship.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferable.
