Nation is looking for a n Archivist to support the creative
services team toward bringing the concerts experience to life
visually. Working closely with Editors, Producers and Project
Managers, the Archivist will be assisting in the making of trend
setting creative that fuels the passion of live music across our
social channels, digital campaigns, content outlets, artist pitch
communications, concert promotions, marketing initiatives, and
more. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily archival requests for media content.
- Work closely with producers, editors, marketers to locate and
research content.
- Maintain repository.
- Distribute source files in accordance with the distribution
plans.
- Distribute shoot capture to vendors/ tour marketers when
needed.
- Maintain a document of the inventory.
- Collect, upload and back up media captured from shoots.
- Build string outs for flagged captures.
- Pass final assets off to the Digital Asset Managers on the ops
team.
- Responsible for accurately logging metadata and tagging video
content per Live Nations logging procedures.
- Assist in post-production activities, such as footage
organization, audio synchronization, and rough cut assembly.
- Collect relevant footage and create selects to support project
goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to propose fresh ideas and
apply new techniques.
- Conduct artist and brand research, and deliver informative
reports based on your findings.
- Validate all deliverables for quality assurance before
distribution.QUALIFICAITONS:
- Adept in video production and editing, bringing valuable
experience to the team.
- Possesses an exceptional sense of pacing and timing for video
content creation.
- Exhibits a keen eye for popular culture, trends, and visual
aesthetics, enabling effective storytelling through various
mediums.
- Familiarity with best practices on multiple social media
channels and their unique requirements.
- Displays strong organizational and responsible behavior both in
and out of the team.
- Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and effective time
management skills.
- Proactively approaches tasks and contributes to team
productivity.
- Passionately interested in music and live experiences and their
impact on the broader community.
- Exhibits exceptional aptitude with Adobe's Creative Suite and
its tools.
- Considerable experience in video editing with Premiere and/or
Final Cut.
- Understanding of digital workflows, video and social media best
practices, and design specifications.EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE
DESIRED
- High level art direction experience in live music entertainment
or industry related field.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative
applications.
- Ability to learn and efficiently use project management
