Gucci's Beverly Hills' office, the Worldwide Entertainment Industry
Relations (WW EIR) Supervisor is responsible for supporting the WW
EIR strategy across all aspects of VIP and entertainment
associations with the brand. The primary focus will be to support
all aspects of the women's dressing strategy, talent fittings,
sample orders, budgets, as well as oversight of the LA Sample
Assistant. The mission is to bring visibility and impact to the
brand with the intention of helping drive retail sales and brand
awareness.Key AccountabilitiesTalent Fittings
- Support Vice President with all top tier talent fittings and
under this leadership, carry out all other fittings;
- Liaise with stylists, sourcing all necessary product, all
tailor bookings and logistics for the fittings;
- Ensure clear communication of resulting actions to global
teams;
- Responsible for advance communication on additional team
support needed where relevant;
- Supervise temporary support.Samples
- Oversee all sample order check in processes in partnership with
the N.Y. and Milan offices and oversee GPS check in and inventory
management;
- Maintain the sample closet and trafficking, both domestic and
international shipping and logistics in support of all
regions;
- Oversee L.A. office inventory control measures and archiving
procedures;
- Liaise with the Americas and International PR teams on all
sharing of samples for EIR usage.Retail Relations
- Oversee all store stock adjustments with the retail network in
support of Americas and international EIR needs;
- Responsible for the record keeping and tracking of all L.A.
store consignments and stock adjustments used for VIP dressing,
mailings, etc.
- In partnership with the Vice President, develop and maintain
all communication with the retail network regarding reporting and
procedures for pulling store merchandise.Product Marketing &
Mailings
- Partner with Vice President and WW EIR Supervisor in N.Y. to
develop product seeding targets across all categories in support of
global strategies;
- Under the direction of the team, support on all holiday gifting
process product ordering and execution;
- Oversee VIP gifting.Budgets
- Manage and track the usage and budgets for all women's capsule
and custom products;
- Ensure clear reporting and alignment with global budget
allocations.Reporting
- Contribute to the global pipeline document of custom requests
to the design office including, tours, award season, film
festivals, premieres, and special projects;
- Collate and submit weekly internal and upcoming dressing
activity to the New York team for global distribution;
- Maintain and communicate all reporting on L.A. VIP product
activity - including seedings, dressing and miscellaneous product
related and dressing initiatives.Entertainment Strategy
- Support in collation of department research on new areas of
opportunity and engagement inclusive of: New Talent, Music,
Athletes, Cultural Influencers;
- Ensure clear communication and tracking of engagement with all
the global offices;
- Develop relationships with key industry contacts within the
entertainment community; including Film, TV, Arts, Music, and
Sports.General
- Support in the preparation and execution of WW image events
including but not limited to the preparation of invite lists,
coordination of travel, dressing, cars, talent handling etc.;
- Assist global VIP team executives, menswear team or with any
other activities as needed;
- Help Vice President with all monthly expense reports and travel
bookings.Key Requirements
- BA/BS in Public Relations, Marketing, or related degree
desired;
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a VIP, Styling, Public
Relations, or related role;
- Experience creating and maintaining an on-going management of
strategic initiatives;
- Strong writing and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of style and fashion trends;
- Interest and strong knowledge of the entertainment industry
across Film, TV, Music, Sports, and Art;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook;
- Solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills;
- Strong administrative skills and detail-oriented self-starter
with excellent time management skills including ability to
prioritize and multitask;
- Works well under multiple deadline pressure (often under
minimal timeframes).

CaliforniaFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in
California, GUCCI includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or
hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of
factors that are considered in making compensation decisions;
including but not limited to business or organizational needs,
skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range
estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential
associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
-A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $65,000
USD to $75,000 USD. -Eligible employees may also participate in an
employee benefits program as well as an incentive program, subject
to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any,
depends on various factors, including, without limitation,
