We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to run the daily sales operations of a wellness spa environment, to manage and grow our sales to achieve maximum bookings, increase profitabilit, and grow our client base. Must be available to work Saturdays and some evenings.

Don't worry, we will provide all the training you'll need about how our treatments work PLUS you'll get to experience them all : )

*Requirements*

* Management experience _minimum 2-3 years (Beauty, retail, spa or medical office industry preferred)_
* Consultative Sales _minimum 2-3 years_
* Customer service
* Overcoming objectives with creative, smart solutions
* Succeeding within a numbers and goal driven environment
* Building and maintaining positive relationships
* Judgment and reasoning
* High energy, positive and professional attitude
* Taking initiative and finding solutions for all clients
* Computer skills including Google Drive and booking software
* Strong background and track record in managing creative sales initiatives
* Proven work experience of outbound calling, social, and prospecting
* Punctuality and reliable transportation are required.
* Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Prioritizing, time management, and excellent organizational skills.

*Responsibilities: *

* Mastering our sales, service, and operational processes
* Guiding all team members to support sales performance goals
* Create volume driving initiatives (ie. ads for social media marketing)
* Hit sales targets by motivating the team with positive reinforcement & leading by example
* Administrative duties including but not limited to scheduling, answering phones, auditing client charts, etc
* Handling guest escalations and forming creative and positive solutions
* Achieve growth and hit sales target
* Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and analytics.
* Design and implement strategic business plans.
* Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Understand of all our services and products to better serve and assist our clients
* Follow-up with leads and return any necessary calls.
* Excellent oral communication and best practices in customer services when interacting with our clients
