Position Overview Murphy O'Brien is seeking a seasoned Digital Strategist to develop and execute strategies for organic social media initiatives for clients across travel, real estate and lifestyle.This ideal candidate is a creative thinker, and self-starter in the social media space - able to develop creative campaigns across numerous social platforms, create/understand visual aesthetics, plan and post content calendars, analyze performance to optimize strategy, oversee community management, and a master of creative copywriting. Having a creative eye is key.You are able to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with efficiency and maturity. We're looking for a rockstar who is naturally organized and detail-oriented, enthusiastic about social media, a self-starter with excellent written/verbal communication skills.

  • Drive content strategy, execute and monitor organic social media campaigns for clients
  • Write creative and compelling post copy, ensuring that messaging aligns with each brand's unique voice
  • Lead day-to-day client calls and communication
  • Oversee community management across channels
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports and prepare actionable insights and recommendations to drive KPIs and improve content performance
  • Spearhead creator and influencer partnerships for assigned clients
  • Create boosted post strategy on an as-needed basis
  • Keep up-to-date with new trends in the social media landscape
    • Min. 2-3 years of social media management or equivalent social/digital/integrated marketing experience within an agency environment
    • Prior experience working across multiple clients is a must
    • Ability to ideate and brainstorm big ideas and initiatives for social media campaigns
    • Proficient knowledge across all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital advertising best practice, native platform analytics, and social intelligence tools
    • Superior copywriting and communication skills
    • Skilled content creator with a creative visual eye, aesthetics
    • Graphic design experience with Canva is preferred
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere
    • Data-driven; experience analyzing and reporting on campaign analytics
