projects with a great attitude. This Front office coordinator

Beverly Hills Los Angeles area.What you will be doing: --- Warmly
greet and check-in patients --- Answer phones and schedule
appointments --- Keep a detailed record of all calls/emails on the
Inquiry Tracking Sheet --- Reply to incoming emails for medspa and
surgical procedures --- Answer inquiries from all lead forms in a
prompt and timely manner (Website, Yelp, RealSelf) --- Follow-up
with previous patients --- Lead management tracking and weekly
follow-up --- Confirm all patients weekly --- Email new patients
with appointment confirmations --- Room Patients --- Look out for
any potential scheduling issues and patient issues --- Scan and
enter patient documentation --- Ensure proper consents and
paperwork filled out for every appointment --- Sign for packages,
unpack, re-stock --- Ensure proper materials/brochures/photos are
present and running --- Assist with required documentation and
scanning --- Assisting with insurance verification --- Order
supplies as needed (water, general office supplies) --- Attend and
contribute to weekly office meetings --- Prepare and ship packages
for any orders phoned in --- Oversee and manage patient flow,
minimizing wait time --- Keep front office and reception area clean
and tidy --- Responsible for opening and closing front officeSkills
Required: --- Extremely detail oriented --- Thrives in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment --- Ability to take initiative
and to anticipate the needs of patients and the business ---
Ability to multi-task, and wear many hats - no task too big or too
small mentality --- High-energy, friendly and outgoing demeanor ---
Exudes a passion for customer service and going the extra mile ---
Strong computer/office skills - Mac proficiency preferred ---
Strong phone skills - pleasant phone voice, with ability to manage
multiple phone lines --- Excellent communication - written/verbal
and typing skills --- Team player mentality - willingness to help
and take initiative --- Punctual. reliability and flexible with
schedule --- -Previous front desk coordinating experience for a
busy medical office or medspa preferred. Willing to work
Saturdays.Job Type: Full-time
