Job Description:

Leading Investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant/Investment Coordinator in their Beverly Hills office to support their Investor team. This position provides senior level administrative support across key stakeholders both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, while exercising discretion and sound judgement. This is a newly created role and a tremendous opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and successful team.

This position maintains the schedule of the executive(s) supported.
An in-depth knowledge of office productivity software and internal company administrative systems is required.
Other tasks may include making travel arrangements, event planning, expense tracking, meeting coordination, guest/VIP reception, call screening, and other tasks for the supported senior staff.
This position will also be involved with general office management duties.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, clients, investors, prospects, and vendors using phone, email, and direct mail in a professional, friendly, and timely fashion
Perform general data entry and filing
Automate, systematize, & create efficiencies for all investment & management operations
Build strong investor relations with new and existing investors
Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
Attend business meetings and trainings as required
Follow and adhere to Company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Perform other administrative duties, tasks and special projects as assigned
Professional in attitude and appearance
Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities

Bachelors degree preferred
5+ years of experience supporting senior level executives required
Real Estate and/or Investment experience preferred
Highly organized, ability to follow processes, great communication skills required
Technology driven & ability to learn quickly required
Advanced skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
