The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of sales experience and communication skills. The Business Development Associate will be the face of the company and represent who we are. Client Base consists of: Political Dignitaries CEO/CFO/COO High Net-Worth Individuals/Families Entertainment Organizations Celebrities and Corporations Key Responsibilities: -Leads definition of Sales Strategy. -Participates in developing company Marketing Strategy including sponsorship activities, direct mail, sales, and marketing techniques. -Closes new accounts. -Participates as part of the Management Team in both informal and formal meetings. -Keeps management informed on progress by submitting activity reports, such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual analysis. -Leads the development of the SalesForce database and maintains accurate information therein. -Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information. -Recommends changes in services provided by evaluating results and competitive developments. -Maintains professional and technical knowledge that supports the brand by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. -Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. -Be a driving force in the success of the company's goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas. -Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts. -Develop and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. -Conduct email campaigns to generate new sales prospects. Must have great marketing skills Daily Social media posting Must be active with weekly prospecting and marketing mailings Must be a self-starter and must have a gold standard customer service response -Must be willing to work full-time and after hours and/or weekends when needed Qualities of a Business Development Associate: Must read, speak, & write Chinese -Interested in working for a growing security firm -Drive and determination -Desire to help others -Entrepreneurial spirit Gold Standard customer service response -Team player -Experience working as a successful Business Development Associate -BS/BA degree or equivalent with experience in high end/luxury sales experience -Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Job Requirements:

  • Generate and secure new business-to-business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers
  • Generate new business to business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers
  • Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and qualified leads
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships and a strong sales pipeline with potential customers
  • Obtain new business to business customers and develop potential new product lines increasing business with new accounts
