Job Description:

Rapidly growing real estate investment firm in West LA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support two members of its asset management department. Firm boasts a beautiful office space, tremendous growth opportunities and bonus program. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related administrative experience in a professional service setting and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, format and finalize reporting packages
  • Modify, revise and update existing letters, forms and contracts with new provided data
  • Export and format Excel documents, including budgets
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Create professional written and imagery content for presentation packages
  • Maintain and organize internal databases
  • Assist with scheduling travel itineraries
  • Format and coordinate email marketing campaigns


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related administrative experience, ideally in a commercial real estate or professional services setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Proficiency in graphic design related programs preferred
  • MRI or Yardi system experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
