Marten Transport, a back-to-back TCA Elite Fleet honoree (2025 & 2026), offers professional drivers the opportunity to run with a stable, financially independent carrier that puts drivers first. From dependable schedules to competitive pay and modern equipment, Marten continues to set the standard for what drivers should expect from a carrier. Advantages and earnings include: - $65,000 - $91,000 salary annually - $1,250 - $1,750 weekly pay range - $1,000 sign-on bonus! - Driver Comfort: Late-model equipment with APU’s, automatic transmissions & Invertors on all tractors - Consistent routes with plenty of miles - Drop-and-hook freight for faster turnarounds - Potential for additional detention pay (from 0 to $160 per 24-hour period) - Potential for additional inclement weather pay (from 0 to $150 per day) - Potential for additional layover pay (from 0 to $150 per day) - Potential for additional referral bonus (from 0 to $2,500 per referral with unlimited earning potential) Qualifications: - A current Interstate Commercial Driver's License (Class A) - Must have at least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with one carrier after completing training - Ability to work and interact with others Home time and pay may vary by hiring area and specific route details ask a recruiter for details Background check required.
