Bar Admission in California (in good standing). 8 years of substantive experience in complex litigation , class actions , and products liability matters at a mid-size or large law firm . Proven ability to draft pleadings , manage discovery , take and defend depositions , argue motions , and oversee case management . Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, with strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide range of complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including products liability defense (particularly under the Song-Beverly Act), class actions, and other sophisticated disputes. Collaborate with a seasoned team of trial lawyers and litigators experienced in state and federal court proceedings. Provide strategic counsel and deliver innovative, business-oriented legal solutions. Engage in all phases of litigation, from case assessment through trial and resolution.
