Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote SEO Specialist
to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be
responsible for improving our website’s organic search rankings,
driving increased traffic, and enhancing online visibility. The
ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best
practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and
performance analytics. Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword
research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for search engine
ranking. Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with
developers to fix issues. Build and execute link-building
strategies. Analyze website performance using tools like Google
Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms. Stay updated on
SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Generate reports to track and communicate SEO performance and
progress. Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-optimized
articles and blog posts. Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and
adjust plans accordingly. Provide SEO recommendations for new
projects, website redesigns, and marketing initiatives. Skills,
Knowledge and Expertise EO Expertise : Strong understanding of
search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Keyword Research :
Proficiency in using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush,
Ahrefs, or Moz to identify keywords and content opportunities.
Technical SEO : Ability to conduct website audits, identify issues
(such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content), and
recommend solutions. Analytics : Experience with Google Analytics,
Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor website performance,
track KPIs, and analyze data. Content Optimization : Familiarity
with writing, editing, and optimizing content for search engines
while maintaining high-quality user experience. Link Building :
Knowledge of white-hat SEO link-building techniques, including
outreach and relationship-building for backlinks. Communication &
Collaboration : Excellent written and verbal communication skills
for cross-team collaboration with developers, marketers, and
content creators. Adaptability : Ability to stay current with SEO
trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tools and technologies.
Project Management : Strong organizational skills to manage
multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Analytical
Thinking : Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and
make data-driven decisions to enhance website performance.
