Job Description Job Description Job Title: Project Manager – PeopleSoft / RPA / CAI Location: California (Remote) Duration: 12 Months Position Overview Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage PeopleSoft initiatives , along with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or Conversational AI (CAI) projects. This role will support multiple concurrent initiatives across PeopleSoft modules as well as upcoming automation and AI-driven transformation programs. The ideal candidate brings strong PeopleSoft project management expertise combined with experience in automation technologies. Prior experience managing PeopleSoft PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) Upgrade projects is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft module projects Lead RPA and/or Conversational AI (CAI) implementation initiatives Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication Ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy and modernization goals Drive Agile or hybrid project methodologies as appropriate Provide status reporting to leadership and executive stakeholders Required Qualifications Proven experience managing PeopleSoft projects Experience managing RPA and/or Conversational AI initiatives Strong understanding of enterprise system implementations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Highly Preferred PeopleSoft PUM Upgrade Project Management experience Experience managing multiple PeopleSoft module implementations Background in enterprise automation and AI-driven initiatives
