JOB SUMMARY:We are looking for a Broadcast and Events Production Manager to join our Broadcast and Events Production team. You will need to be highly organized, keeping internal and external tasks and milestones on schedule as well as develop and maintain budgets. Ideal candidate should have a full knowledge of production, broadcast and event workflows and as well as being an adaptable creative thinker. Experience working on several projects and with several stakeholders at a time. Comfortable working under tight deadlines, have excellent organizational and time management skills, comfortable taking direction and feedback, adaptable to shifting priorities, and work with equal effectiveness both solo and as part of a project team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:? Collaborate with core creative groups on organizing and prioritizing the creative goals and execution plans.? Build and maintain an effective relationship with Partner Studios, Vendors, Crew and key personnel built on mutual respect, open communication, collaboration and accountability.? Lead and maintain production financials, PO's, AR/AP, and coordinate with Triller financial teams.? Maintain oversight on timelines, scheduling and run of shows for responsible shows and projects.? Maintain communication with department heads for budgetary, scheduling, and logistic needs.? Lead the production process for all project meetings, timelines, deliverables as well as work with internal and external teams for scheduling and logistics support.? Strategize creative solutions to production challenges to ensure schedules are met.? Conduct post-mortems and craft recommendations reports based on detailed project analysis.? Other duties as required

SKILLS:? 3+ years in Events / Broadcast Production or equivalent.? Experience with building/maintaining budgets? In-depth knowledge of scheduling and budgeting standard methodologies and tools.? Ability to plan for all eventualities and keep a cool demeanor while taking care of problems that arise.? Highly proficient in utilizing production budgeting software (Ex. Showbiz, Movie Magic Budgeting) as well as other production and corporate budgeting tools.? Personable, collaborate with crew, team members, and executives in a friendly professional manner.? Ability to work and travel on a flexible schedule, night, weekend, etc---? Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizations skills in a dynamic environment? Excellent verbal and written communications skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:? Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions? Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls? Ability to reach with hands and arms? Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day? Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment? Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
