Key Responsibilities
Conducts needs analyses to identify skill gaps and develops
training resources to address them
Implements improvements to training programs, content, and delivery
methods
Delivers training on pharmacy billing processes and general
workplace standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is typically required
4 to 6 years of experience in training, pharmacy billing, or
instructional design
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems,
and pharmacy billing software
Ability to manage complex issues independently and provide
leadership to others
Experience in conducting virtual training sessions and
presentations
