Human Resources Manager


Reporting to the HRD Field, the HR Manager Field will provide expertise and support on a wide range of HR solutions; partner with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition & Development, HR Operations, Customer Experience) to develop high performance teams. Resolve employee relations issues; identify and address recruitment; training and development opportunities; provide guidance in performance and compensation management liaising with the COE's. The HR Manager is responsible for leading, along with the HRD Field, the execution of strategies, initiatives, and action plans to improve organization effectiveness. In addition,building and maintaining strong partnership with the field leader, and building and maintaining strong partnership with the corporate leader resulting in employee engagement and increased performance.

Responsibilities :
Diagnose and discuss with the field Leaders and the HRD Field stores organizational needs, putting
action plans in place to drive results and support people
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and
state requirements; conducting, along with HRD Field, investigations and maintaining records
Constantly assess the management training and development needs of the dealership and provide
feedback to inform the direction ongoing development
Support and provide guidance on the HR processes concerning the dealership including performance
review, compensation review, talent assessment and succession planning
Work alongside the HRD Field for recruitment efforts for dealership's roles by partnering with the Sr.
Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development as well as the hiring Managers and assessing candidates according to the recruitment strategy/ internal practice
Lead, alongside the HRD Field, employee relations
Liaison with the COE's and the corporate attorney
Constantly collaborates with the HR Team on key initiatives and execution of HR related practices (compensation related on one side; talent related on the other side)
Manage and review HR employee engagement initiatives
Constantly analyze retail people KPI (turnover rate, FTE productivity, leaves) to provide guidance and solutions and recommendations based on findings to Retail partners and by ensuring the integrity of data, analytics, metrics, and tracking results .
Support the exit interview process and may conduct exit interviews as necessary
Ensure monthly update of organization charts and HC/FTE accuracy
Guarantee the internal communication targeting the employees
Advise on the internal communication strategy and tools for the network
Design with the HRD Field and animate presentations when needed to convey the people retail strategy (Store Manager Meetings, Retail Seminars...)
Manage, lead and implement various HR projects autonomously

Requirements :
Solid organizational skills
Solid ER background
Proven project management skills and project leadership capabilities
Understanding of luxury market and client needs
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
Comfort in providing appropriate challenge/ pushback and feedback
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive and effective business partnerships
Ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Retail experience is a strong plus
Education and Experience Required
6+ years of experience in Human Resources generalist/ business partner capacity within retail
Bachelor's Degree
