A part-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year within a school district located in Lakewood, WA. This full-time position requires 37.5 hours per week, serving a caseload of 25-30 students spanning grades K-12 across the district. The role is onsite only, and applicants must hold a valid Washington state PT license or be willing to obtain one. Additionally, candidates must have completed or be willing to complete fingerprint clearance through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to students in grades K-12 to support their educational needs Manage a caseload of 25-30 students throughout the district Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations Participate in team meetings and professional development as required Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state, or willingness to obtain licensure prior to starting Completion of OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to undergo the process Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication skills for collaboration with school staff and families Ability to work onsite and travel within the district as needed Location: Lakewood, WA (onsite position with district-wide student caseload) This contract role offers the chance to support students physical therapy needs throughout the school year in a dynamic educational environment.
