Job Description The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills, California. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,640 - $88,400 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Administration of all bar-related functions to ensure guest satisfaction Preparation of weekly schedules and scheduling appropriate staff according to business levels and planned payroll Assist in maintaining the planned bar cost of sales and assist in the restaurant's planned cost of sales Hire, train, and manage an effective team of associates, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs such as GreenPath and other service standards Complete all purchasing in compliance with company programs and policies Communicate and assist other associates and departments when needed Provide a safe work environment by following all safety and security policies and procedures Attend and participate in meetings, committees, and trainings Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards More about you Minimum of three years' experience in a similar quality, high-volume restaurant or catering environment Strong craft bar knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service team members required Experience in effectively leading a team is required Demonstrated commitment to guest service Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff, creating a positive work environment Ability to manage frequent change Ability to manage their own time as well as the time of others Who we are Patina Group is a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, operating restaurants and managing catering and food service operations at high-profile venues including, Lincoln Center, Walt Disney World®, Disneyland®, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, and The Metropolitan Opera.
