Job Description:

Join our team! We are hiring a front desk receptionist for facial plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills. This is a Full Time opportunity starting immediately. We are seeking a friendly, detail oriented individual who has a passion for aesthetics, has a strong work ethic and is interested in a long-term position. The workplace is a fast-paced environment and this position is the first face and voice of our practice, both in person and over the phone, so going above and beyond for our patients is most important. Hotel, medical front desk experience and an aesthetic background is preferred. Pay rate commensurate with experience.Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and check patients in/out
  • Scheduling and managing new/existing appointments
  • Answering new patient phone calls/email inquiries
  • Helping the Patient Care Coordinator with managing details of a patient's journey from consultation to office visits, surgery and follow up.
  • Process payments
  • Conduct confirmation calls for appointments
  • Keep Front Desk and Lobby area clean
  • Pull next day's patient charts and organize per scheduled appointment time
  • Participate in marketing meetings and create biweekly newsletter using Godaddy / Canva or any other marketing toolsQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Prior experience in hotel and/or medical office
    • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
    • Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin or Korean)Experience:
      • Experience working in a medical or aesthetic setting: 1 year (Preferred)
      • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
      • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
