Job Description Beverly Hills Plastic surgery practice seeks a friendly, outgoing customer service representative to join an amazing team. Prior experience working in a plastic surgery practice is required. The person in this position handles calls and email inquiries from potential patients and conducts regular front office tasks. It requires someone who is a quick learner and can discuss complex procedures (following a script) and schedule for multiple providers. The position is a hybrid position, part in-office and part remote. Top applicants are compassionate, articulate, and enjoy working as a team. Experience with Nextech patient software is a plus. Requirements: --- Excellent customer service skills --- Top-notch organizational skills --- Microsoft Office --- Two years of customer service experience --- Bachelor's degree Core responsibilities include: --- Answering multiple phone lines --- Greeting and checking in patients --- Scheduling appointments --- Sales (ability to get new patient callers to schedule a consult) --- Scanning and filing documents Benefits: medical insurance after 3 months, parking, industry perks (laser and med spa treatments) working with a great group of people.
