We are seeking a Front Desk Patient Concierge for a high-end boutique facial plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills, California.

Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the aesthetics industry and clientele and is skilled at ensuring all interactions go above and beyond patients' expectations, always delivering world class service. Experience in social media is highly valued as well.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones/emails to address patient inquiries
- Communication via telephone and email including credentialing the surgeon and discussing the various treatment and procedural options
- Scheduling patients and greeting patients at initial consultation and follow up appointments if needed
- Ensuring each patient has a 5-star experience both before and after their appointment
- Front office administrative and organizational duties including putting together charts, answering phones, processing payments etc.
- Assist with entrepreneurial and marketing strategies to help contribute to the growth and success of the practice including social media
- Cross-trained in various other aspects of the practice to help it run smoothly
- Medical assistant/back office duties as needed
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Other tasks as needed
