La Gondola Restaurant in Beverly Hills looking forSous Chef/ head line cook to join our team.We have been around for over 28 years and continue to grow.Sous Chef must have minimum 2-3 years experience in leading position in a kitchen.Must have strong Leadership Skills.Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen.Be highly Motivated.Sous Chef Responsibilities:Labor Cost & Control.Maintain Kitchen Clean and organized.Maintain Inventory Control.Maintain Line working efficiently at all times.Be able to work 10-12hour Shifts.Have Certified Food Handler Certificate ( or Manager Certificate).Have Basic Computer Skills for Word and Excel for Order Sheets, etc.Must be able to read and Write English. ( Spanish a plus)
