An elite, high-end, fast-paced Plastic Surgery office is seeking an upbeat, well-organized, motivated team player to act as a Full-time Receptionist/Concierge. You will be the first point of contact with the patient so it is important that you convey our professionalism, commitment to excellence, and world-class service.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cosmetic medical office with a working knowledge of fillers, laser treatments, aesthetic services, skin care, and plastic surgery procedures. In addition, expertise in social media is highly valued. The role requires a detail-oriented person with strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must.Job Duties:- Answering phones, texts, and email inquiries- Answering preliminary questions about surgeries and procedures- Scheduling appointments and follow-ups- Greeting patients- Checking patients in and out- Credentialing potential patients over the phone, via email and through social media channels- Providing information on our various services and treatments- Clerical and Administrative tasks of front office- Processing patient payments- Coordinating and executing Social Distancing- Assisting with gathering content and ideas for social media- Assisting the Physician and other staff as needed- Willingness and Desire to Learn''Work Remotely
