physicals Qualifications: 2 years of Urgent Care and Occ Med
experience Board Certified CA State License, DEA, BLS, DOT
Certification required Benefits: Dates of coverage: As soon as
credentialed - 03/31/2025 with possible ongoing extension Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8a - 5p Scope of Practice: Urgent Care,
