Care)- Victorville, CA Bilingual: English & Korean Required
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No nights or weekends
Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family
Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services in
an outpatient clinical setting. This role focuses on comprehensive
patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive
care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct new patient consultations,
health history reviews, and follow-up visits (in-person and
telehealth) Perform physical exams, screenings, and routine primary
care evaluations Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
(labs, imaging, scans) Diagnose conditions and develop
individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and educate
patients on treatment risks, benefits, and side effects Maintain
accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in the EHR
Provide after-hours on-call coverage as scheduled Qualifications:
Family Nurse Practitioner certification Active California Nurse
Practitioner license Minimum 3 years of primary care experience
Bilingual: English & Korean (required) Strong clinical judgment and
independent problem-solving skills Excellent bedside manner and
patient communication Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical
