Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beverly Hills, CA for an Exercise Specialist. The Exercise Specialist will design and implement personalized and group exercise programs, focusing on preventive measures and rehabilitation. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating exercise prescriptions, assisting with cardiac rehabilitation programs, and monitoring client progress. Strength training and exercise physiology principles will be applied to promote health and prevent disease, while motivating and educating clients to reach their fitness and health goals. Qualifications Expertise in Exercise Physiology and Exercise Prescription Experience in Group Exercise and Cardiac Rehabilitation Comprehensive knowledge of Strength Training techniques Effective communication, motivational, and teaching skills Certification in ACSM, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field CPR/AED certification is required Ability to work independently and tailor programs to meet individual health needs Prior experience in preventive health and/or clinical settings is a plus
