Job Description About the Company: KottonMD, a globally
recognized concierge, rehabilitation, and preventive medicine
practice, is seeking a senior clinical and operational leader to
oversee daily clinical operations, strengthen clinical teams, and
support our next phase of growth. We care for UHNW families, global

personalized and elevated standard of medical care. Depending on
background and experience, this position may be structured as a
Practice Administrator, Clinical Operations Lead, or a COO-track
leadership role. Location: This is a full-time, in-person position
based in Beverly Hills. About the Role We are seeking a clinically
credible, operationally strategic leader who can run day-to-day
clinical operations, develop a high-performing clinical team, and
refine systems that support exceptional patient care. A primary
purpose of this role is to take ownership of practice operations,
team leadership, and clinical consistency, while collaborating
closely with our leadership team on membership experience,
hospitality, and growth. This role also includes developing a
concierge-level tier of supporting physicians and physician
extenders (NPs, PAs) and integrating advanced digital health
capabilities to support a future-ready practice. You will report
directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage
day-to-day clinical and administrative operations • Recruit,
mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff • Support
clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance •
Elevate the patient experience across all touchpoints in a
high-expectation setting • Develop and support physicians and
physician extenders to expand clinical capacity • Strengthen SOPs,
workflows, clinical protocols, and inventory systems • Collaborate
with leadership to enhance membership experience and hospitality •
Integrate digital health tools and innovation to modernize care
delivery • Enable the founder physician to focus on advanced care,
innovation, and strategic leadership Ideal Candidate • MD, PA, NP,
or RN with strong clinical experience • Master’s degree in
Healthcare Administration, Business or related field is a plus. • 5
years of clinical leadership or high-touch practice management
experience • Background in concierge medicine, integrative care,
luxury health, or multispecialty environments • Strong leadership,
communication, and team-building skills • Comfortable navigating
high-profile, privacy-sensitive clientele • Experienced in
optimizing operations without compromising patient relationships •
Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred Benefits & Perks

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience,
