A company is looking for a Contract Account Manager, Web.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all disciplines involved in website construction and
maintenance, ensuring client satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing
strategic recommendations to meet business objectives
Manage project schedules, assets, and expectations, ensuring
deliverables are on time, on scope, and on budget
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Client Services/Account Management experience,
preferably in an agency setting
Experience managing clients through enterprise projects, including
post-launch website support
Knowledge of project financial management and analysis
Understanding of website development using WordPress and/or
Drupal
Familiarity with project management software and spreadsheets
