Job Description:
A company is looking for a Process Associate in Fraud Alert
Management for a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Stay updated on changing fraud trends and escalate unresolved
issues
Verify authorizations and contact financial institutions regarding
suspicious activities
Ensure adherence to operations and compliance procedures while
participating in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of fraud prevention principles and procedures
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including second and third shifts
and weekends
Experience in banking or card processes is preferred
