Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Educational
Effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Academic Program Review Process and act as the liaison
to the National Academic Standards & Effectiveness Review
Committee
Support new program development and modifications, including
curriculum structure documentation
Collaborate on institutional and programmatic accreditation
processes and prepare necessary reports
Required Qualifications
Doctoral level education in education with a focus on
curriculum/instructional design and quality assurance
Five years of academic leadership experience
Successful track record of working with faculty to achieve
organizational objectives
Experience with programmatic accreditation and writing for an
external audience
Strong project management skills and ability to analyze educational
policies
