Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Analytics to
lead their analytics function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team while
overseeing capacity planning and workload management
Engage with clients to understand analytical needs and translate
business questions into data-driven solutions
Develop and implement innovative data science solutions, manage
complex healthcare datasets, and ensure the quality of analytic
deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Data Science, Public
Health, Informatics, or related field preferred
4+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with 2+ years
in a leadership role
Deep understanding of healthcare data types (EHR, claims, clinical
registries, etc.)
Proven experience managing analytic projects and teams
Proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools
(e.g., Tableau)
