Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Brand Protection to lead
its new Brand Protection division and safeguard brand integrity
across various marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Build and launch the Brand Protection division, defining and
executing enforcement strategies
Partner with client teams to assess brand protection needs and
provide tailored solutions
Lead the integration of monitoring software and oversee enforcement
actions
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years of experience in brand protection, IP enforcement, or
eCommerce compliance
Expertise in Amazon Brand Registry and MAP policy enforcement
Experience collaborating with legal teams on compliance
strategies
Proven success in launching and scaling business units or
services
Bonus: Experience with Walmart Marketplace or international
eCommerce platforms
