The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and directing imaging services within a healthcare setting, with a strong emphasis on client coordination, oncology, and imaging. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of imaging services. As a key member of the management team, you will drive the delivery of high-quality imaging services that meet the needs of our patients and clients.Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Imaging Center, including budgeting, staffing, and operations.2. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the changing needs of the healthcare industry and our patients.3. Ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services by implementing and maintaining quality control programs and protocols.4. Coordinate with clients and patients to ensure their needs are met and to enhance their overall experience.5. Collaborate with the oncology department to provide integrated care for our patients.6. Lead and motivate the imaging team to deliver excellent service and care.7. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in medical imaging technology and integrate them into our services.8. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding imaging services.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.2. Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.3. Proven experience in client coordination, oncology, and medical imaging.4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.5. Strong strategic planning and execution skills.6. Comprehensive knowledge of medical imaging technology, protocols, and quality control.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, patients, and staff.8. Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the medical imaging field.9. Experience in budgeting and financial management.10.
