The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational accounting, building ledgers and processes, and managing various areas of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process. The candidate must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance and 5-7 years of Finance and Accounting Experience (Public/Private). The candidate must also have excellent knowledge of Excel and years of experience.Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the accounting team, including training and motivation of staff
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and company standards
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Analyze financial reports and assist in the improvement and execution process
• Work closely with the CFO and other members of the management team to provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making
• Manage the company's cash flow and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis and reporting to support the company's growth objectivesQualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance
  • 5-7 years of Finance and Accounting Experience (Public/Private)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and years of experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Experience building ledgers and processes
  • Experience managing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
