We are looking for candidates more hands on with the Documentum product and Scanning projects.
MUST WORK ONSITE FULLTIME
NO REMOTE

• Work on city projects, assists with planning and managing the delivery of business solutions utilizing industry-standard project management procedures and techniques including, but not limited to: systems and project planning, quoting, requirements gathering, execution, implementation and ongoing support.
• Prefer someone with IT experience.
• Managing and supporting Vendors on a Scanning Project (scanning City documents and shredding paper documents after scanned)
• Working closely with Vendors and Clients, managing the scanning project and following up with status reports to CEO on progress.
• Will work closely with other internal functional business groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives
• Comfortable with background checks, drug test and finger printing.
• PMP certification preferable Required Skills: 3-5 years
