Taskmaverick is an Automated Business Manager. It is a unique B2B solution with no apparent competitor in the marketplace. Its features include, but are not limited to, the following:

* It automates and streamlines workflow and business processes;
* It reminds, guides, and motivates staff before every performance;
* It gamifies work to increase work efficiencies;
* It promotes execution quality and staff accountability;
* It systematically detects business risks while also preventing legal liability, especially from HR issues such as: Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Hour Wage Claims, etc.;
* It stores the knowledge acquired by a company over time, and it methodically spreads it to every department, team, and staff member, based on a customized schedule;
* It automates coaching and training staff, automatically confirming their understanding of every lesson;
* It provides detailed and actionable reports on every person, department, or team;
* It is simple to install, quick to integrate, and easy to use.


We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations. The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include project management, client onboarding, formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we'll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

*Functions and Duties: *

* Perform key project management across various departments
* Develop, oversee and manage Client Onboarding
* Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
* Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
* Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee stock efficiency
* Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
* Formulate strategic and operational objectives
* Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

*Requirements and Qualifications*

* Four-year College Degree
* Proven work experience as Operations Manager, Onboarding Specialist, Project Manager or similar role
* Bilingual: English and Spanish
* Excellent communication skills
* Leadership ability
* Outstanding organisational skills

*Working Days*: ---Monday to Friday with additional flexible hours (evenings or weekends)

*Shift Duration: * 8-hour shifts with possible overtime

*Time Range*: ---Between 9:00am and 6:00pm

*Job Types: *Full-time.

*Compensation: *$65,000 - $85,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
