We have an outstanding reputation for unparalleled customer service.Why join us?GENEROUS Company discountHealth & Dental 401K Match Proffesional development and more!Job DetailsExpert on all Standards Operating Procedures, Systems, Tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations Achieve Financial PlansPlan, coordinate, and facilitate annual inventory, achieve target shrink goalsPartner with stock teams to continuously improve stock space for multi-level store for optimum efficiencyTrain and Supervise Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse and Events groupsPartner with vendors to coordinate and execute various high-profile in-store and off-site eventsFoster relationships with Chain-Logistics, Store Planning, Client Relations, Training and Visual Merchandising contactsResponsible for all aspects of employee supervision, not limited to-interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluationCollaborate with Management Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiencyActing as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when neededLead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawlesslyThe employee may be required to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel and lift heavy items.Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect and teamworkQualificationsPreferred Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent Directs with work of others, sets priorities and work together toward project objectivesVersatile, Responsive and Proactive, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced changes and shift focus easily.Responds timely to inquiries, requests, complaints and coordinates appropriate follow up.Leadership skills, navigate internal organizational resources to evaluate potential solutionClean Driving RecordInterested in hearing more?
